Time indicated in the itineraries is tentative timing. Sometimes, there will be delay caused by fellow passengers, traffic conditions, loading & un loading of baggages, circumstances beyond our control, etc., worldwide holidays is not responsible for such delay’s & passengers are requested to cooperate.

An initial registration deposit of Rs. 1, 25, 000/- Per Person to be paid at the time of the registration, which is included in the tour cost. The balance portion to be paid 50 days prior to departure.

The Tour cost is based on Min. 26 Adult Passengers. If the group size is reduced, then the surcharge will be applicable. If further reduction in group size, then this quotation is not valid at all. Also, the tour cost is based on the Airfare and Dollar Rate calculated @ 1US$ = Rs.94.00/- Prevailing as on 21/05/2026. At the time of departure, if there is any increase in the dollar rates and Airfare, which will increase the tour cost and the same should be borne by the customers. The validity of this quotation is up-to 31/05/2026.

The final names of traveling passengers, as it appears in the passports should be given to us 60 days prior to departure. Original Passport and the other documents required for processing VISA’S should be handed over 45 days prior to departure.

Sometimes the sightseeing tours may be interchanged or preponed or post- poned by a day during the day to day tour, due to unforeseen situation or as per the convenience. Passengers are requested to cooperate in the matter.

Porter service are not available in Japan

Once time-wise tour itinerary is confirmed, it cannot be changed.

Indian lunches and dinners and local meals are Pre-set and can't be changed once confirmed.

The check-in time for hotels in Japan is 15:00 hours & check-out until 10:00 hours.

Hotel rooms are relatively small in Japan.

Below is the reference for hotel rooms in different category of hotels:

3-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 10~14 Sqmtrs .

4-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 15~20 sqmtrs .

5-Star: Standard Double / Twin room: 20~30 sqmtrs .

Double/Twin /Triple rooms are subject to availability.

The Itinerary can be rescheduled by vendor for smooth executio

Accommodation Taxes is levied in Tokyo Hotels per tourist. JPY 250 per-day for Four-star hotels or above / JPY 150 per-day for Three-star hotels or below. The tax is supposed to be collected from tourist directly by the hotel.

Due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or heavy traffic conditions, the Tours/ Sightseeing can be altered. No refund will not be provided in such cases.

Coach and guide service shall be available only for 10 hours per day. Thus being punctual shall be best so as to not miss out on any sightseeing. Coach and guide services shall conclude by 2030hrs due to Japanese Law.

On days when certain attractions, sights, monuments, museums, etc are closed, local english speaking guide reserves the right to amend the Itinerary /cancel the visit.
